John Kaufman was a forward contender throughout and showed improved form. Intaglls tired near the end, but ran a good race. Alta McDonald closed u big gap from a slow beginning. Isabel Alntree showed speed to the stretch. Aline Crockett tired after Koing a hair. Monere ran out on the stretcli turn. Petit Due had to overcome a lot of interference and finished with a rush. Nuns Veiling forced the early pace, but tired in the final drive. Revolt, going wide most of the way, ran a good race. Potter tired badly after going a good half. Oberon closed a big gap and finished fast. Pinta was going gamely at the end. Bensonhurst showed his usual burst of speed, but tired fast in the stretch drive. There was a jam soon after the start in which Dresden fell. Platoon suffered from much interference throughout the race and tired In the final strides. Sanction ran a good race. Subador was close up for him in the early running. Electorine was shuffled back soon after the start, but moved up gamely after rounding the stretch turn, where she saved ground and, finishing with a rush, got up in the final stride. Nellette showed her early spring good form, dashed into the lead soon after the start, stood a drive, well and will improve. Miss Lida began slowly and had to overcome a lot of interference, but finished gamely and ran a winning race. Judith Louise tired in the final drive. bJt ran a good race. Sister Huffman was also a sufferer from crowding and ran an excellent race. Tom Dolan had no mishaps and tired in the stretch drive. Chase quit after a brief display of speed. The latter had to overcome a lot of interference and finished, , with a rush. The Only Way ran well throughout and, with better handling, would have been much closer up. Barkelmore ran a good race and is best in mud. Anna Day showed speed for three-quarters and tired. Belden was caught in a jam and unseated his rider.
