WESTERN JOCKEY CLUB STEWARDS MEET. Stewards of the Western Jockey Club were in session yesterday for the first time since their meeting in August. The matters under consideration appear to have been merely routine, with the exception of the revocation of the license of jockey Wesley Welsh. The following is the report of the meeting as furnished by Secretary Harvey T. Woodruff: Upon application, jockey James M. Stevens was restored to good standing. Applications for reinstatement of A. W., Perrin, owner, and horses, and Bob Curt, property of M. Shields, were passed for future action. Several persons and horses who had participated In unrecognized meetings were restored to good standing. Licenses were granted as follows: Trainers-Daniel Coniey, Jane Hiwy, W.F, Khjg, John Kurt, C. A. Lawson, Charles OLeary, W. E. Phillips, Robert Steele, Louis Tauber, Henry Whltaker. Jockeys J. Battiste, William Mclntyre, .Guy Neal, Edward Neeley, James Reese. Apprentices Arthur Delaby, C. Herman Everltt, Dean Lloyd. Apprentice Allowances Granted Arthur Delaby, C. Herman Everltt. The following applications for licenses were passed for future action: Trainers R. P. Brooks, Thomas Kiley, W. T. Woodard, Jr., A. G. Woodman. Complaint of P. J. Miles against C. Gill wan passed for future action. License of jockey Wesley Welsh was revoked, v Application of Mrs. N. A. Johanneson for arf annultment of contract held "by, L. . V. Bellewi.on John Johanneson was passed to the next meeting.? Protest of Dan Lamasney against payment of.3 forfeit against Integrity was dismissed. Report of M. Nathanson, Official Steward at Douglas Park Jockey Club meeting, was received , and ordered filed, , ;
