TWO NEW STAKES FOR LOUISVILLE. Louisville, Ky.. October 8. Secretary Lyman H. Davis has been instructed by the directors of the New Louisville Jockey Club to plan two new stakea with liberal added money, for next spring and to build his programs on lines that will carry the purses from 00 to 00 dally. This is a move that will meet with the hearty approval of the horsemen.
