BALDWIN PLANS AN AMERICAN DERBY. Los Angeles, Cal., October 17. Tbc Baldwin Racing Association lias opened offices in the Delta Bulldliig. Tlje offices are in the charge of General Manager Clem Creveling. and Secretary E. S. Albright. "Lucky" Baldwin says he proposes to revive the American Derby and make it an annual fixture at the new track. He says that since he won the great race four times he is most entitled to duplicate the name and conditions which were dropped wjth the passing of Washington Park.
