SURVEYORS AT WORK ON TRACK SITE, Wellsburg, W. Va., October 23. Since Thursday last a party of civil engineers from Pittsburg has been surveying the proposed racetrack sites at Follansbee and Hollldays Cove. The Follansbee site comprises that portion of Strutt farm now owned by Wylle Beall and lying below the Wabash railroad; also part of the Schwertfeger farm and it is said, small pieces of land off one or two other adjacent farms. The surveyors are not talking much, but It is learned there is ample ground available for the construction of a big running track and that but little grading would have to be done. The location is said to be more suitable in regard to transportation facilities, than the proposed one at Hollldays Cove, as it would be accessible from two trunk lines of railroad and traction line. The Wabash runs through the property, and it is such a short distance up the creek from the river, that sidings could be easily built from the P. W. and Ky. railroad, operated by the Pennsylvania Company, and the Tri-Stato Traction Company. ,
