NOT LIKELY TO REPEAL PRESENT LAW Commenting upon the introduction of a bill to repeal the Percy-Grey racing law in New York state, which was introdiuvd in the legislature at Albany, Tuesday, the New York Sun says: "Inless Governor Hughes should send a special message to the legislature urging the repeal of the Percy -Gray law it is not at all likely that the bill will go through. The amount of money secured from the racing associations last year was so large that the fair associations will have more money than ever before for distribution next spring."
