, • TO PLATE HORSES IN GERMANY. New Orleans. La.. January 17. — Fred Alberts, known around the racetracks as "Dutch" arrived here this morning from Los Angeles. He is on his way to Germany, where he goes to join the stable of Baron Springer. Alberts was engaged by George Walker to do the plating for the Springer stable.
