JAMESTOWN TRACK SITE. Norfolk. Va., January 17. — The plan to hold a race meeting during the Jamestown Lxposition, which will open in April, is rapidly taking form. Kx-ongressmau Young and his associates have purchased for .5,000 thirty-five acres* of land on which the track is to be built. They Have paid half of the money. The Jockey Club will lie asked to sanction a meeting of eighteen days with the privilege of continuing longer if patronage justifies it. The site selected is on the road from Norfolk to Jamestown, being seven miles from this city and threo miles from the exposition grounds. It is easily reached by electric em
