JAMESTOWN TRACK SITE. Norfolk. Va., January 17. — The plan to hold a race meeting during the Jamestown Lxposition, which will open in April, is rapidly taking form. Kx-ongressmau Young and his associates have purchased for .5,000 thirty-five acres* of land on which the track is to be built. They Have paid half of the money. The Jockey Club will lie asked to sanction a meeting of eighteen days with the privilege of continuing longer if patronage justifies it.
