WISHARD TO TRAIN FOR SPRECKELS. New York. February 26.— Enoch Wishard will handle a string of horses for Adolph Spreckels this yen. Wishard was in California early in the winter and while there the arrangement with Mr. Spreckels was made. Some of the Spreckels youngsters have wintered at the Miller farm, East Millstone, N. J., but little is known of them. They will be shipped to Sheepshead Bay as soon as the weather will permit.
