COLINS CHANCE FOR BIG WINNINGS. James H. Keenes unbeaten Colin lias a fair chance to enter the list of winners of 00,000 before the end of this, his first, season on the turf. The son of Commando Pastorella has to his credit, winnings of S,S0l for bis four victories, and he is In all of the rich stakes for two-year-olds to be run. Mr. Keene has made no announcement of his plans as to the racing of Colin, but New York horsemen do not expect to see him under the colors again until he conies out for the Saratoga Special and next after that the Futurity. The Saratoga Special will be run August 10 and the Futurity August 31. If he should win both of these races Colin will add approximately 0,000 to his earnings. Colin has already incurred the limit of eight pounds penalty for the Futurity, hut since he has five pounds breeding allowance, because neither his sire nor dam had produced a winner at the time of the closing of nominations, his -weight for the big race on the opening day of the Coney Island Jockey Clubs fall meeting will be 125 pounds. Colin is eligible for the second half of the Double Event, which is to be run next Tuesday, but it is almost a certainty that he will not start.
