MORTI BOY WINS EASILY AT WINDSOR. Muddy Track Is to His Liking Many Requests for Stalls at Fort Erie. Detroit, Mich., July 11. The steady downpour of rain last night and showers today left the Windsor track fetlock deep in mud. The attendance was light, only the regulars were out.
