TO IMPROVE OVERLAND PARK. De.nver, Col., July 11. The success of the meeting now drawing to a close at Overland Park has encouraged the management to the extent that Secretary Wahlgreen makes the announcement that the plant will be remodeled and larger purses will be offered next year. The attendance has been double that of last year and there has been an average of .about twenty books on. Last year there were about "00 horses here. This year there are about 700. There is no question as to the popularity of racing here and the future is bright.
