SELLS ANOTHER MANS HORSE. Hamilton, Ont., July 12. George Travers, a tout, is under arrest here on a charge of defrauding Reuben Rosenhead, a clothier. Travers, it is alleged, represented to Rosenhead that he was the owner of the horse Bitter Hand, and sold him a half Interest In that animal for 00. When Rosen-head discovered that the real owner of the horse Is Albert Beatty of Detroit, and that Bitter Hand was at Buffalo, he went to Windsor and had Travers arrested..
