WINN VISITS NEW ORLEANS. Louisville, Ky., July 12. President Matt J. Winn of the American Turf Association returned today from New Orleans, lie has been on a trip of inspection and conference. While lie has not made announcement of his acceptance, it is practically eetlled, as was stated in Daily Racing Form several days ago, that he will be the general manager of both the City Park and Fair Grounds nest winter.
