FIRE AT GROSSE POINTE. Detroit, Mich., July 23. It looked for a few minutes this afternoon as If Louis A. Cella would lose a goodly portion of the equipment of his Grosse Pointo race track, where the Grand Circuit trotting meeting is now In progress. Fire started in one of the barns while the second heat In the Chamber of Commerce Stakes was being decided. Horsemen and spectators rushed to the stable ground and aided ,thc firemeu in checking the conflagration, confining the loss to one barn, valued at uboUt ,000. No horses were destroyed.
