LIGHTNING STRIKES BARN. Lexington, Ky., September, ,". During a severe thunderstorm yesterday lightning struck a barn in which ten yearlings were quartered at the farm of Lee Smitlia. None of the youngsters was killed but it is feared that the colt by St. George Bonitii and the colt by Handsel Merry Comedy were badly injured. A half-brother to John Marrs was iu the barn at the time.
