C, Chicago. If in backing a coupled entry a stipulation is made that a named horse is to go the bet is a draw if that horse is scratched. II. M., Chicago. A wins. The ollicial placing decides such bets, unless It is expressly agreed that the order of the finish regardless of disqualification is to govern. O. V., Blue Island, 111. The bet on Desirous won unless the bookmaker operates under the rule that added starters run for his book and you had been informed of the rule. J. II. SL, Chicago. Horses running at Jamestown are outlawed from running over Jockey Club tracks. How it will be so far as western and southern tracks are concerned remains to be settled in the future.
