AMERICANS ABROAD DOING WELL. Captain W. H. May, who has been touring Europe with Jake Markleln, has arrived at Lexington, Ky.,; Mr.. May visited the race tracks in England, Germany and France, where he met many American trainers and jockeys. At Newmarket, in England, he saw LuCien Lyne win two races in one after, noon. With n small bet he could have made bis expenses abroad on the last horse he saw Lyne ride pnd. win it 40 to , At Frankfort-on-the-Maln, Captain May and Mr. Marklejn visited George Walker, who is training for Herr Weinberg. At 1 Paris he met Eugene Leigh, Nash Turner and Patsy Freeman, all well known here. Captain May reports all of the Americans connected with the horse business in Europe to be prospering immensely.
