PARMER DENIES MORRIS PARK STORY. W. O. Parmer of Nashville and the northern circuit, declares that the story about him seeking a Jease on Morris Park for Louis A. Cella, Joe Rhlnock and other westerners, is not true. The story was spread by the New York World. Mr. Parmer says "none of the parties mentioned ever spoke to. me concerning the acquirement of Morris Park, and, moreover, I know that neither of thera ever thought of going Into New York, thfirfgh I dare say the breeders and the men who race horses would welcome them and their ideas of increased awards for handicaps and overnight pttrses." 1
