SUSPECTED RINGER AT NORFOLK. Norfolk, Va., October 3. Because the stewards ivn. unable to identify Emilia, the winner in Tuesdays first race at the Jamestown Jockey Club, all Jots on this event were declared off. Later Willis. Sc Company, a firm composed of A. 1!. Rent Icy and J. M. Willis, with P. Faut, Emilias trainer, were ruled off the track, also tins following horses owned by Willis and Company: Emilia, St. Joe, Estrada Palma and Diamond Nose. The decision of the stewards is based on the belief that Enolia1; is a "ringer." The horse arrived at the track Siiiiday. Enolia wis carded as a bay lilly by Dr." Cave Maecadie. The stewards suspect that she is owned by Kenneth and llelTon of SI. Louis. To-, day Enolia -was being guarded by Pinkerloiis to prevent her being taken rrom the rack.
