LUZERNES PRIX DE CONSEIL RACE. , - The ?2o,000 Prix de Conseil Municipal was run at Paris, Prance, October 0, and won by II. Andres English-bred bay mare, Luzerne, 118 pounds, by St. Simonlan Hardie, which was ridden by J. Ranch, the American. Biniou was second and Moulins La Marche was third. All were French owned. Moulins La Marche was 3 to 1 favorite and Luzerne 15 to 1 second choice. The withdrawal of Velocity left Baron L. de Rothschilds Radium as the only English candidate. He was 30 to 1 in the betting and ran fourth. The course was soft ,and Luzerne wou by two lengths, the mile and a half in 2:4!j, and two lengths between second and third, Radium being four lengths . worse off. The jockey list of the race suggested an American race card. Among the riders were Ranch on the winner, OConnor, nenry, L. Spencer, J. Reiff, Mclntyre, Cormack and Taylor.
