IDLE HOUR IS INCORPORATED. Lexington, Ky., October 30. Articles incorporating the Idle Hour Stock Farm have been tiled bore. The capital stock is 0,000 in 00 shares. E. R. Bradley of Chicago has 400 shares, J. R. Bradley of New York and Thomas F. Dolan of Lexington fifty shares each. Its purpose is buying land and breeding and racing thoroughbred horses, with business to begin November 1. E. R. Bradley until now has been the sole owner of the farm. A. W. Hamilton, presiding judge at Los Angeies, was here today. He says the Arcadia track will be ready for opening by Thanksgiving day.
