ED. TROTTERS CALIFORNIA STABLE. E. Trotter will race his entire stable of four-toon horses at Oakland this winter, two of them. Rather Royal and J. W. ONeill, are already at the track. Moreland will do the riding for the stable and with the good horses in the Trotter string should bo one of the best boys riding there this winter. Troi tor owns and trains Peter Sterling, Rather Royal, The Englishman, King Ellsworth, Willis Green, Bye Bye II., J. AV. ONeill, Jacomo, Lee Crest. Ilabor, Excitement, Harmakis, Webber and Princess Louise. Thoy have all won one or more races 011 the Canadian circuit this summer and should do equally well on the coast.
