J. E. CUSHINGS SUIT POSTPONED. Lexington, Ky., Xovember 4. J. E. Cushings ! suit for 5,000 damages against the Louisville and XashvUle Itailroad will not he tried until next June. It was docketed today for December, hut when Mr. Cnsliing explained that he was going to Los Angeles to race all winter, postponement until June was s agreed upon. The suit was brought because of the j burning of live two-year-olds in a car at Paris, Ky., last spring.
