The shooting took place at Main , and Golding. streets in Latonia, when Hicks was s asked by the stranger for money. When Hicks refused he fired two shots at him, one .of them I shattering a bone in the left shoulder. The uiau II made his escape. Hicks was taken to St. Elizabeth ti Hospital.
