NEW YORK STABLE FOR SOUTH. New York, November 0. The Burlcw and ONeill stable is to bo sent to New Orleans next Tuesday. Burlcw will have two cars, while James McCor-nnck and others will go at the same time, making up a train of four or live cars, to which will bo attached a sleeper for the horsemen and their faml-r w11 1,0 ruu l,irouSh as a special. Burlcw V I Neill wore the leading owners at New Orleans last, winter, their winnings being the largest ever accumulated by one stable in a seasons racing there. McCorniick also was a good winner, and there Is every reason why they should repeat their success the coming season. Lady Caroline II., the Goldsmith filly, which made a promising debut at New Orleans last spring, and which was afterward reported to have been stolen from a stable there, is now safely housed at the Gravesend track. She is in the care of a rubber, and is said to have reached Gravesend under police protection. There is considerable mystery attached to her appearance at the track, which the gossips have not been able to solve to their satisfaction. She is said to be a smart-looking miss. She is one of two foals got by Goldsmith, winner of the first Saratoga Special, during one season in the stud, after which lie was again put in training.
