Williams of the Pacific Jockey Club, which is the governing body of racing west of the Rocky Mountains, was nt the track today and, in speaking of the report of a new race track at Venice, Cal.. said e thought the track would never be built and that it would not be recognized by the Jockey Club It it was built. i
