WINDSOR RACING DATES SELECTED. Windsor. Out.. March 9.— The Highland Iark Jockey Club has formally approved and adopted the provisional dates that have l een under consideration for its summer meeting. It will be an eighteen-day meeting, opening on Saturday, August 29. and dosing Friday. September 18, the day preceding the opening of the Toronto fall meeting. An important announcement by the club is that open booking will he provided this year. Local bettors have been objecting to a syndicate ring for years, and this fall the club will make the ring open to any reputable bookmaker. The stakes have not yet been decided. There will be a number of changes in the framing of these, owing to the fact that the horses come here so much later in the season. Al out six stake events will be given.
