March IS. — The disqualifying of Bonite in the opening race today was just. The palpable interference of the Cooper gelding really preventing Aquilines winning chances. The latter was beaten only by the shortest of margins, Eonite bearing over on her all through the final eighth. County Clerk rushed into a long lead in the fifth race Tight after the start and led throughout by a wide margin. Ormondes Right trailed far in the. tear for the first seven furlongs, then moved up and took second place in a game finish. Charley Iaine won the third race after l»eing practically left at the post. Riirns was contented to wait before making his run until reaching the stretch turn, where he luckily found an opening and the horse finally w»m under a hard drive.
