BELMONT PARK RACING STATISTICS. The Westchester Racing Associations autumn meeting at Belmont Park, which opened October 5 and came to a close October 17, embraced eight racing days, and during that time forty-eight races, seven or them steeplechases, were decided, and the total distribution in stakes and purses was 9,100. I 1 Record breaking performances over the Belmont Park track are not surprising, as the course is one of the fastest, in the country and, with the best horses coiniieling on it. the records for the different distances are always in danger of being broken. During the fall meeting, which terminated Satur-dav. several new records were made, the mile and a half of Gowan in 2:32JL and Deliriums feat of equaling the three-quarter mark of 1:11 g. being the most noteworthy.
