AMERICAN TURF ASSOCIATION MEETING. The annual meeting of the American Turf Association, which was to be held here today, had to be postponed on advice from President Matt J. Winn that most of the members would be unable to arrive here before Wednesday. The meeting will be held on that date. It is barely possible that this will be the last meeting of the members comprising the American Turf Association, as most of the tracks comprising the association have, by adverse legislation, been put out of business. Secretary McAllister is of the opinion that the association will disband after Wednesday.
