EL PASO MEETING PROSPERING. El Paso. Tex.. December 26. The ninth day of the local meeting was favored again with fine weather and a fast track. The warm sun and balmy atmosphere led to another large crowd, although the attendance was considerably below that of Christina? Dav. The feature of the day was the third race, a four and a half furlongs dash for all ages. In which Susie Gregg was returned the winner over Miss Beanmonter, which only failed by a small margin. Jockey Henry- carried off the riding honors, scoring on two winners and one second. Telegrams to the secretary from San Antonio say that there will be a big shipment of horses from there during the next week, as the San Antonio meeting is scheduled to close a week from, today.
