BOASBERG CASE ARGUED ON APPEAL. New Orleans. La.. April 3. The case of bookmaker Mark lb.asl.erg. alias Jack Sheehan. of Mem phis, now under sentence to serve si aionlhs and Ml s tine of 50 for violation of the Locke law at Suburban Park, was argued in the Supreme Court today and a decision is expected next week. The court took the motion under advisement. District Attorney Adauis argued that Boasberg is now a fugitive from justice . as his leave of absent-- lias expired and therefore his appeal to the Supreme Court should be dismissed.
