JUDGE MURPHY IN DEMAND. Houston. Tex.. May 4. — Judge Murphy was notified today of ids appointment as presiding steward at Hamilton. Ont. Jockey J. W. Murphy, under contract to A. J. Burttschell. was indefinitely suspended today by Judge Murphy. This hoy has been tinder surveillance for some time and his ride on Coouey K. today was entirely different from his last effort, when the horse was baillv beaten, hence the ruling today.
