The latter tiegan slowly and had to go wide for the first half, but finished With a rush and was wearing the leaders down at the end Snake Mary ran fairly well, but tired after going a half. Kiddy Lee came from a long way back in the last quarter and was going fast at the end. Short Order also came with a rush in the final furlong. Topland was well up for three furlongs before tiring. The latter closed a big gap from a slow beginning and was going fast at the end. Star Thistle gained gradually and finished gamely. Console had no mishaps. Acquia quit after going a half and is probably a non-stayer. Anderson began slowly and failed to improve his position. Overweights — Chalice. 2 pounds.
