PROPOSED ARKANSAS RACING LAW. Memphis. Tenn.. The bill, if it bee es a law. mcana a resumption of racing for Memphis as well as Utile Rock ami Hot Springs, as Newport Gouty, in which racing is to lie permitted, is directly neroaa the river from Memphis. A delegation of merchants will visit Little Back this week to aid in the passage of the bill throng, i tie lower house. They are members of the Hot Springs BaMneaa Mens League. Dan Stuart, one of the owners and resident tnan-iigcr of the O.iklawn track, declared thai he had placed the matter fullv in the leagues bands.
