HANDICAP OF JOCKEYS. From time to time Daily Racing Form will publish S table of the i-otnparative rating of those jockeys whose skill in the saddle has already lieen well demonstrated and of those who have not arrived luii give promise of coming excellon-ec. The handicap will divide these riders int-o four classifications, of which those admittedly in the front rank of their calling will be indicated bv 100. theme downward through 09 and 90 to SO. the lowest lassitieal ion. from which advancement upward will come when justified by Rood riding.
