April 24. — Mornington Cannon, one of the most recently famous of English jockeys, as his father was before fliini. bas Announced that he will not ride again. He has grown too heavy since he was forced to stop riding by rheumatism nearly a year ago. Cannon is a young man and will probably stick to tin- turf us a trainer, as his father is. tf.
