WINDSOR TRACK IS MUCH IMPROVED. Detroit. Mich.. May #. -The many improvements at the Windsor track bay- added greatly to the Induce incuts it always held "in for trainers by reason of its earlier condition and advanced climate as eom-pared with Toronto. From both the useful and ornamental side niiich lias been di in tin- interval since the last racing there. The land purchased from Joseph .ian.es has been put lo such apparently necessary uses that now II seems difficult to understand how it was done without in tin- pant. Long rows of stabling, unexcelled on any course in Canada, tin.-kitchens and hoarding houses, ami a new jockey.- house, paddock and clubhouse find location on the new properly, and ream is thus afforded for expansion in the older portion*. The paddock is pictur esqttely located in the form of a semi circle, oneudna: out amaaat the great trees that are one of the prides Of the place. The clubhouse and jockeys house ale also south of the grandstand, while the accommodation at the other end has been increased by the removal of the old paddock and jockeys house, and tin- extension of tin- cement promenade up to the old line of tile paddock.
