May 0. -In line with the recent action of other metropolitan race tracks in cutting down free admissions, the officers of the Westchester Haling Association announced today the following track rernlatioaa for the sprinr meeting at Belmont Park: •Iiadgc for the entire meetlar will be given only lo owners who have four or more entries for stakes: all other owners will Ik- credited with the ■ mount of admission fees paid hy them for the days on which their horses run.
