BELMONT YEARLINGS TO BE TAKEN UP. New York. June 25. — The first batch of yearlings to be taken up and given their early education on the metro|M litan courses this season, will be those of August Belmont. Nine choicely bred colts and fillies will be Immediately shipped from the Nurse-ry Farm to Mr. Belmonts private quarters at Belmont Park. Trainer John Whahn will take them in hand shortly after their arrival and have them prepared to show trials iu the early autumn.
