PLAN FOR OUTLAW MEETING BLOCKED. Hamilton. Int.. June SSL — Several persons who participated in the recent outlaw meeting al liuffei in Park at Toronto were refused admission to the Hamilton race track today. The Hamilton mce-ting here is being conducted in a high class manner. In former seasons the layers were permitted to use ■tool*, but tills season they are forced to stand up and move about. Major Greer, head of the provincial detective bureau, paid a visit to the track toiiav to look tilings over and lie declari-d tin- law-was being respected by the club. An attempt was made by parties said to have bleu interi-stecl in tin- lluffcrin lark nn-i-ting to lease a track at Hamilton, but on their arrival here- they round that the old half -mile course, which was known as the James track, had been couvertcil into a summer park. This, of course, blocked their scheme.
