AMERICAN HORSES CUT LITTLE FIGURE. I/ondon. Eng.. June 20. — Harry Payne Whitneys Sixty and James R. Keenes Helmet were starters in the New Stand Handicap at Sandown Park today, the former with 110 up and Helmet with 113. Both ran unplaced, as did August Belmonts Nabob, C.
