BRIEF FALL MEETING AT QUEBEC. Quebec. Quo.. June 25.— The Quebec Turf Club, one of the oldest Canadian racing associations, will hold Its annual races the last week in August. The meeting is one of two days* duration and will immediately precede the autumn meeting at Blue Bonnets. Lieutenant-Colonel Ashinead. secretary of the club, has just returned from Montreal with assurances that a number of owners other than the local supporters of the turf will be represented here, and he also expects that several well-known Canadian racing officials will be on band for this years meeting. The program will be announced In a few days.
