SARATOGA STABLES FILLING UP. Saratoga. N. Y., July 20. Trainer James Rowe has arrived safely at the Saratoga track with Mas-kettc. Sweep, Grasiuere. Celt. Hilarious and four other Keene racers. They are installed in stable No. 70. J. II. Graves, with seven horses, the Hanu.i stable with two, and Thomas Wilson of Boston are other recent arrivals. Mr. Wilson is an owner who lias not raced in Saratoga for twelve years, but who was called here this summer by the prospect of clean and classy sport.
