Ozana. much the best, was away forwardly and, after being restrained until in the stretch, came away to win as her rider pleased. Odin was lucky, went well throughout and, standing the final drive gamely, outstayed lucky lord. The latter gained gradually from a slow start and closed a big gap. Firebug tired after going a good half mile. J. W. Frye bad no mishaps. Searchlight ran well to the stretch and tired. The others were never serious contenders. The winner was entered for .00: no bid. Amanda Lee, timidly ridden, was taken wide for the entire trip and should have been third. Emmy Lou was gaining at the end. Fair Louise was crowded out soon after the start. Edgely. shuttled back soon after the start, saved ground all the way, but tired and just lasted long enough for third place. Bitter Hand closed a big gap and was gaining fast at the end. Tremargo had a rough trip. Alice George tired after going a good half. Sally Preston was crowded back soon after the start. Tlie winner was entered for 00; no bid.
