JUMPING REVIVAL AT SARATOGA. New York. .Tmly 20. There will be a great revival of steeplechasing at Saratoga. The North American and Beverwyck Handicaps and the Shillelah and Saratoga Steeplechases have filled astonishingly well, notwithstanding their values are curtailed and their conditions altered. These four races have attracted more entries than were made in all the cross-country events of the Belmont Iark. Sheeps head Bay and GraTesend meetings combined. The Beverwyck and North American have attracted Banyah and Malacca, of Frank Nolans stable: Harry Bulls Pompous, Woodford Clays Kentucky Bean, Edward II. Carles Pretty Mlchal. James W. Colts Kara. Prince Hampton. Thistledale and Reginald; William C. Hayes Rampart. George Odoms Bobbin Around. Jay OBriens Sandy Creeker. Colonel Robert Nevilles Sir Wooster and Ballacalla. H. G. Bronders Waterway. Paul Raineys Sanctus. G. R. Tompkins St. Nick and Silas Veitchs Grandpa, besides half a dozen fencers of less note. And most of these are also In the Shillclah and Saratoga.
