PROSPECTIVE STARTERS IN THE FUTURITY. Saratoga, N. Y.. August 23. William J. Young, the Kentucky turfman who won three races with Moquette, Darknlght and Fair Louise at Saratoga Friday last, says he will start his Mesmerist colt, Mesnierizer. in the Futurity, as the youngster has done some encouraging work. E. R. Bradley intends to start Colinet. and the colors of Sam Lazarus will be carried in the big juvenile special by Malitine. Miller Hendersons candidates, Henderson, a son of Griffon, and Placide, a daughter of Ben Strome. have not shown Futurity form, but one of them will probably go to the post.
