ALL READY AT INGALLS PARK. .Toilet. HI.. August 2.1. Nearly a hundred thoroughbreds are now in training here for the races to le given in connection with the Will County Fair, which will open at Ingalls Park tomorrow. The track is in excellent condition and it is expected that there will he a considerable attendance of racing enthusiasts from Chicago. Two running races will lie given each afternoon until Saturday, when a full card of six races will he decided. The two races for tomorrow a mile dash and a sprint at five-eighths of a mile have filled well. t
