DETAILS OF LATONIA MEETING SETTLED. Cincinnati. O.. Septenilier 20. The Lafonia fall meeting will begin October 11 and continue for four weeks. That matter was settled at a conference held here Saturday between -Harvey LMyers. president of the Iitonia Jockey Club: John Hachiiieister. the treasurer, and Louis A. Colin and C. A. Tilles. the biggest stockholders. The men mentioned met at the Havlin Hotel and talked the affair over and wound up hv endorsing the action taken by Messrs. Ilachmeister and .Myers about ci week ago when the latter chose Charles F. Price for presiding judge sind John 1!. Dillon for racing secretary and associate judge. Mr. Cella came on from St. Louis. Mr. Tilles from New York and Mr. Ilachmeister from AVest Baden. All returned home last night. Mr. Ilachmeister will return on Wednesday, when all details of the meeting will be arranged and a starter selected, this matter having been left to Messrs. Jlachmeister and .Myers. M. Cella. In speaking of the matter, said: "There lias not been much friction between the stoej.holders. We met in New York City and practical! v agreed on these things.
